Framing
Setting the standard for a high end, quality finish begins with the framing. We provide a full range of framing services from standing walls to roofing and decking as well as structural work and seismic retrofits. All framing jobs both big and small can be accommodated.
Decking
A deck can be a great addition to any house and really add extra usable space and appeal to a home. We have installed and maintained countless decks and have a lot of experience in choosing the right materials for the right situation to insure maximum durability and structural integrity while maintaining esthetic appeal.
Carpentry
Our services include all aspects of woodworking in homebuilding. Kitchen cabinetry fabrication and installation. Bookcases, fireplace mantels, built in storage, and cabinetry. Trim installation eg. crown molding, wainscoting, coffered ceilings, baseboard, and window and door casings.
Window Installation
We provide a full service for window installations which includes a comprehensive consultation and measure up. This insure’s that the client is getting a product that suits their homes esthetic and budget. We install all styles of windows including sash inserts, standard flange mounted and aluminium framed. Typical service includes in-person consultation, ordering of new window, installation of new window and trim out (both interior and exterior), along with the removal of the old window. Lead out time for custom sizes is typically 14-16 weeks.
Door installation
We provide a full door installation service, both interior and exterior. We have worked with a range of distributors and manufactures and as such, have experience with all modern and traditional materials and construction methods. We try to pick the best solution to fit the clients needs and budget. Typical service includes call out and consultation, ordering of new door, installation of new door, hardware and trim out (both interior and exterior), along with the removal of the old Door. Lead out time for custom sizes is typically 14-16 weeks.
Bar Specialist
We have designed, rennovated and built many bars in the Bay Area. We specialise in designing and building unique bar counters, bar shelving units and other important features in bars which catch the eyes of the customers. We work closely with the bar owners to bring their concepts and ideas to life. We enjoy the challenge of creating unique and useful bar features which our clients love.
